Well I wanted to titles it with "Why so serious" but I thinks that phrase by now is way overrated! So went to his next one... "Come on, hit me!"
This is an awesome drawing of  , he uploaded a big batch the other day... there a couple I would love to color, but... my times is constricted so for now I only colored this one, as signs of live from my part.This was a quick coloring process, just one color for flat and one for shadows. It took me about 4 hours (because of lines, and been a sketch, so I had to color manually instead of using the wand tool as I do sometimes for quicker progress). Also I was double tasking! Anyways... I actually spend more time on the background than the actual Joker. I wanted to make something rather dark and what not, I looked for brushes but nothing... so I just made the buildings and lights myself. I blur them, so you can't see the imperfections and to make the Joker the main figure in the drawing. I was going to add some water on the floor and more background details, but again... too much time to learn to do it and experiment with it! So it stays that way... in honor of the great Heath Ledger, who actually stole Christian Bale thunder and became the protagonist of the story! I actually tried to remember the movie, even looked up some pictures online. I wanted to keep using the Purple and Green, the blue shirt was actually a last addition, cause I couldn't mix it on my own, I also colored the tie dark yellow, but... the movie got it, so basically it just went all the way original.
The background I wanted it to resemble of the truck scene... so I just made the whole thing! Using the dark and orange theme. The sky is actually orange clouds, but since I blurred it... it isn't that recognizable!
